MindMingl is not involved in the transaction between you and your therapist. All payments, cancellations, or refunds for sessions must be arranged directly with the therapist. We recommend reviewing their refund policies prior to booking.

For Therapists (Premium Listings):

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time.
• Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
• To request a refund, contact support@mindmingl.com with your subscription details.

No refunds will be issued after this period unless required by law.
