What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All your personal information will be permanently removed from our system.
• Any therapist matches or history associated with your profile will be deleted.
• You will lose access to your messages, preferences, and activity logs.
• Your data will no longer be available to therapists or MindMingl staff.

Note: If you are a therapist with a public profile, deleting your account will also remove your profile from our directory.

We will confirm your identity and delete your account within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
