Create your profile
Sign up and complete your professional profile in about 10 minutes. Add your specialties, modalities, communication style, fees, office locations, and a short bio.
Upload your credentials
Submit your certificate of registration and license details. Our clinical team verifies every therapist before they go live — protecting clients and upholding professional standards.
Get reviewed and approved
Our team reviews your profile within 1–3 business days. Once approved, you're live and eligible to receive matched client inquiries immediately.
Clients find you — not the other way around
When a client's description matches your profile, MindMingl surfaces you as a recommended match. Clients reach out directly to your contact email or phone — no middleman, no platform messages to manage.
How the AI matching works
When a client submits their description, MindMingl converts it into a semantic embedding — a mathematical representation of meaning — using OpenAI's language models. This embedding is compared against every verified therapist profile, scoring each one by how closely their specialties, therapeutic approach, and style align with what the client described.
Location is then layered on top: therapists in the client's city who offer in-person sessions are prioritised first, followed by same-province therapists, then virtual-only options anywhere. The top three matches are returned, each with a personalized explanation of why that therapist is a good fit.
